PowerPoint
The PowerPoint templates must be used for creating external and internal presentations. Different master templates are available for all areas and can be used flexibly for all cases. Changes to the master design are therefore unnecessary and are also not permitted. The easiest option is to use the empower tool for presentations. Presentations made easy!
Title pages
Three layout variants are available for the title pages of our PowerPoint presentations. We recommend using variant 1 “Image and communication area.”
Image size: 32.8 x 10.3 cm (16x9), preferred variant.
This variant does not use any images.
Image size: 32.8 x 18 cm (16x9) – Make sure the headlines are legible when overlaid on the image.
Structure
Make sure the quality of the image is good. The exact sizes are indicated in the shaded areas of the two layouts. In JPG format, the required image quality is easy to estimate with a width of about 1200 pixels. Non-compressible file formats such as *.TIFF or *.BMP should be avoided. The master files have defined font sizes for titles/headers (cap height 34 pt/line space 38.5 pt). Please do not change these font sizes.
Separator pages
For separator pages, use the color you selected for the title page. Continental yellow can be used as an alternative. As a rule, images should not be used for separating or closing pages.
Inside pages
The inside pages contain specific elements, the position of which must not be changed.
The recommended font sizes for headlines (CH 34 pt/LS 38.5 pt), continuous text (CH 20 pt/LS 28/22 pt) and captions (CH 12 pt/LS 14 pt) are pre-defined in the master files. Any changes or modifications should always take into account the size of the auditorium in which the presentation will be shown.
PowerPoint is a presentation software program. Use slides as support for your presentation. Always design your slides simply and clearly. If you use images, pay attention to the basic message of each slide when selecting the subjects. Ensure that your presentation is of high quality, Make sure that the style of the motifs is consistent.
Concluding pages
To ensure uniformity, the concluding pages should be in Continental yellow, if possible. In exceptional cases, white, black or silver can also be used.
